ORDER PROCESSING

Ranch House Candle currently has a 48-72 business hours processing time for all orders. 

**Please message us if you need it sooner for LOCAL PICK UP we try to keep an inventory❤️

 

Business hours are Monday to Friday & any order placed over the weekend may be processed on Monday!

 

Should you need to expedite your order, please leave us a note in your cart before checking out & we will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

ORDER SHIPPING

We do not ship on nationally celebrated holidays.  

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our loving hands. 

Ranch House Candle currently ships all orders via USPS from our office in Anderson, AL. Once the USPS has possession of your package, we no longer have control of it.
